JACKSON COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - A traffic stop led to the discovery of several pounds of marijuana worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Christopher Bell, 20, of Dickson, TN was arrested in the bust, according to a news release Monday from Third Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce.
The prosecutor states Bell was stopped in Jackson County by Arkansas State Police on Nov. 26.
He was found with 41 pounds of "high-grade hydroponic marijuana" inside the vehicle.
The street value of the marijuana is around $371,000.
Bell is being held in the Jackson County Jail awaiting the filing of formal charges. Bond was set Monday at $100,000 cash-only.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office and the Third Judicial District Drug Task Force aided in the search and seizure.
