MOUNTAIN VIEW, AR (KAIT) -

The family of a Stone County girl wants justice after her death was determined to be murder.

According to NBC-affiliate KARK, a medical examiner ruled the death of Skylar Shellstrom a homicide.

She died on Nov. 19 after deputies received a call about her not breathing. Shellstrom was taken to a hospital where she died.

Amanda Shellstrom, the girl's aunt, told KARK the medical examiner's report states Skylar was "struck with a blunt force object" and had bruises in "multiple stages of healing on her body."

No arrests have been made in the case as the Stone County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate.

Authorities urge anyone with information to contact sheriff's office at (870) 269-3825.
