PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) -

The search for an absconder Thursday led to authorities finding $5,584 in cash and 85 grams of meth, Paragould police said.

According to Lt. Scott Snyder of the Paragould Police Department, authorities arrested Robert Seggerman, Jacob Maness, Timothy Valance  and Jeremy Gilbee after an initial search for Seggerman.

Seggerman was wanted out of Greene County for failure to report to his parole officer, police said in a press release. Officers then went to a home on North 11th Street in Paragould to find Seggerman. Instead, they found Valance, who was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernlia after police searched the home for Seggerman, Snyder said.

Officers then found out Seggerman was with Maness and Gilbee on South Porter Street, Snyder said. Seggerman was arrested on the absconder warrant, while Maness was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gilbee was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, Snyder said.
