JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Mistletoe Madness began its 12th year of operation on Friday, Dec. 2 inside the old Deals location in the Caraway Plaza shopping center.

The three-day event helps to raise money for the Community Health Education Foundation, an organization that provides free health programs for the community.

"They focus on women's health," said Lisa Davis, vendor and member of the Community Health Education Foundation. "We always do the Red Dress event, which always highlights heart health for women. They have put in 64 AED's in the community."

Doors stay open until 8 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday shopping hours are from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

"Mistletoe Madness is a holiday shopping event," Davis said. "There's everything from women's clothes, children's clothes. They'll have lots of jewelry, specialty cookies, holiday decorations, holiday shopping items. It's a great time to have it because you are looking for things."

Every ticket purchaser will be entered into a drawing to win a large Big Green Egg, a ceramic grill and charcoal cooker. They will also be sold on location at a $100 discount.
