JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Flames burned for loved ones Tuesday night at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.
Share Hope hosted its annual Christmas Memorial Candlelight Service as residents gathered together to remember those that are gone.
One of the nearly 50 people in attendance was Jonesboro resident Andrea Simpson.
Simpson lost her son, Jack, three years ago when she was 38 weeks pregnant.
She said taking time like this is important.
"Having events like this to commemorate your loved ones and to celebrate their life no matter how long they were here is very important and it's a huge piece of your grief journey," Simpson said.
