SEARCY - Harding University senior defensive end Trevon Biglow received American Football Coaches Association All-America honors Wednesday. He was named to the second team and is the fourth Harding player to receive All-America honors from the AFCA.
Biglow, a native of Oklahoma City, led the Great American Conference in sacks (7.5), tackles for loss (18.5) and forced fumbles (four).
In his 45-game Harding career, Biglow had 117 tackles, 43.5 tackles for loss and 24.5 sacks. He ranks second all-time at Harding in sacks and third in tackles for loss.
Two other GAC players also received All-America-Ouachita Baptist kicker Cole Antley and Southeastern Oklahoma defensive back Raheem Wilson.
???????Biglow joins defensive back Robert Towns (2006), defensive back Josh Jones (2009) and running back Romo Westbrook (2014) as Harding's AFCA All-Americans.
