Authorities in Region 8 have issued a be on the lookout for two people suspected of shooting, stabbing and attacking a man with an ax in Missouri.

Hardy Police Chief Scott Rose tells Region 8 News the two, identified as Angela May Laycock and Tim M. Perkins are both wanted out of St. Francois, MO.

The two are likely traveling in a 2006 white Chevrolet Duramax truck with a Montana license plate and a bungee cord holding the bumper in place. The license plate number is unknown.

According to Chief Rose, the two possibly passed through Ash Flat this morning around 10 a.m.

KAIT-TV sister station KFVS said the attack happened on Dec. 5 in Leadwood, MO.

Laycock, 34, and Perkins, 37, allegedly stabbed Laycock's husband Silas 15 to 20 times, shot him in the back and attacked him with a hatchet.

Laycock is facing charges of first-degree assault, three counts of armed criminal action, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and felonious restraint. Her bond was set at $375,000.

Perkins was charged with first-degree assault, three counts of armed criminal action and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. His bond was set at $375,000.

Leadwood Police Chief William Dickey said the suspects might have a .38 caliber handgun and a 20 gauge shotgun with them. They are considered armed and dangerous.

The two might also have children in the vehicle with them but the children are not believed to be in danger.

If you see Laycock or Perkins, do not attempt to approach them. Instead, call your local authorities.
