JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A-State Red Wolves football fans lined up at Centennial Bank Stadium bright and early Tuesday morning.
Fans showed up decked out in Red Wolves gear, holding signs, as the Red Wolves football players loaded up on buses bound for Orlando.
"We really really enjoy it," said Ella Scott, a Red Wolves football fan. "It's a lot of fun getting to go with the team and go to different places and be with them. It's amazing."
This weekend is a big one not only for the players but the parents of some of the players as well because this weekend's game will the first bowl game for some of the players.
"He's so excited and just so happy to have been a part of this as a freshman," said Calandra Short, the parent of a football player. "He's had a great time this season and he's just beyond excited to go on this trip."
The Red Wolves will take on the University of Central Florida in the AutoNation Cure Bowl at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 17.
