PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) - Mission Outreach hosted their second annual Christmas party on Sunday.
People living in the shelter gathered to enjoy live music, food, and a visit from Santa Clause.
The volunteers helped make the event possible by giving their time and donating presents for those in need.
"Everybody here gets a gift, some of them got two," said volunteer Missy Threadgill.
Threadgill said there are currently 50 people living in the shelter and each one of them also received $200 from an anonymous donor.
She said the outcome of the party moved her to tears of thankfulness for each volunteer involved.
"Mission Outreach is an awesome facility, and Northeast Arkansas should be so proud to have this shelter here."
