JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Arkansas State University Marketing Director Bill Smith released a statement about the incident saying, "Student Conduct takes these matters serious, and will also investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident."
According to the FBI's latest crime numbers, the university reported four rapes in 2015.
The statistics did not say if those cases were ever closed, but A-State said one case was closed when the victim withdrew her complaint.
FBI records show there have been 22 reports of forcible rapes on campus since 1995.
Those numbers do not include any cases from 2016 because those reports are still preliminary.
Last fall, A-State had three reports of sexual assault and two of those cases are still open.
This also isn't the first time police have been to the fraternity house.
Jonesboro police said they have responded to the AGR house 15 times since 2005.
Those incidents include cases of theft, breaking or entering, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, possession of alcohol by a minor, and leaving the scene of an accident.
