CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Fire officials say they'll never know what caused a house fire in Cash early Wednesday morning.
Several Craighead County crews responded to a house fire on County Road 281 near Cash around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Cash Fire Chief Morris Watkins told Region 8 News that because the home was fully involved, and the amount of damage, they cannot find where the fire started and have ruled it, "cause unknown."
Cash Fire Department Lieutenant Gerald Coza told Region 8 News the home was engulfed in flames when crews arrived on the scene and no one was inside the home when it started.
A truck right outside of the property was also destroyed.
