Investigation Continues into Fatal Cropdusting Plane Crash near Senath

SENATH, MO - An investigation continues into the fatal accident in southeast Missouri involving a crop-dusting plane.

Pilot Howard Kearl Joshlin of Dallas died Saturday night when the plane struck a radio tower near Senath in Dunklin County in the Missouri Bootheel.

Authorities say the accident occured about 7:40 p.m. after the plane clipped a wire supporting the tower.  The plane lost control, hit the tower, then crashed into the ground.

The privately owned radio tower was destroyed.
