POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KAIT) - Poplar Bluff police are searching for a "person of interest" suspected in a recent burglary.
On March 4, someone broke into a Butler County home and stole several firearms.
Investigators have identified Daniel Bright as a possible suspect and want to question him.
However, they do not know where he is.
Bright already has an active warrant for his arrest for a parole violation and for failure to appear in Poplar Bluff Municipal Court, according to Detective Joseph Woodruff, with the PBPD's Criminal Investigations Division.
Woodruff added that Bright is known to be armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information on Bright's whereabouts should contact Poplar Bluff police or their local law enforcement agency.
