POCAHONTAS, AR (KAIT) -

A new attraction in Pocahontas is putting a lock on love.

Love Lock Lane was the idea of Pat Carrol, the owner of Lesmeister Guesthouse.

Mayor Kary Story said Carrol paid for the fencing and the city installed.

The fencing goes from the parking lot of Lesmeister Guesthouse to the Century Wall.

A sign on the fence said a love lock is a padlock that a couple can lock on the fence to symbolize their love.

Couples put their initials on the lock and then throw away the key to show their love is unbreakable.
