JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Jonesboro police responding to a fight involving firearms ended up arresting a man on six felony charges.
The fight happened at Cedar Heights around 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Street Crimes Unit Investigator Chris Jefferson responded to the scene. When he arrived, numerous people ran into a home in the 1800-block of Cedar Heights.
There, Jefferson made contact with Terrance Williams and noticed a marijuana scale with residue on it in plain view.
A man inside the home was on felony probation, allowing Jefferson to conduct a probation search of the residence.
Police found powder cocaine in a bathroom, crack cocaine in the kitchen, and counterfeit money and marijuana in the living room.
Williams told police all the contraband in the house was his, and he planned to sell the drugs to make money.
In all, police found 23 grams of marijuana, seven grams of powder cocaine, 23 grams of crack cocaine, 4.5 Xanax bars, 1.5 Xanax tablets, 1 Hydrocodone, a box of plastic baggies, a counterfeit $100 bill, a counterfeit $20 bill and a set of digital scales.
Williams was charged with multiple drug charges with intent to deliver. He also faces forgery charges for the counterfeit money at the house.
If convicted on all charges, Williams faces a minimum of 12 years in prison.
Williams bond was set at $3,500. His next court appearance is on May 30.
Police also arrested Kahdarius Devonti Wilson at the home. Police say Wilson matched the description of the suspect carrying firearms during the fight. During a Mirandized interview, Wilson admitted the gun was his. The gun, which was stolen, was found in the dishwasher.
Wilson was charged with theft by receiving. His bond was set at $1,500.
