JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

The child pornography case against a Jonesboro man has been dismissed.

In May 2015, Joshua Alan Hull was accused of uploading images of suspected child pornography to a photo sharing website.

In a court order released to Region 8 News, a judge signed an “order of nolle prosequi” on March 31.

According to the order, “it is in the best interest of the parties that this offense be nolle prossed, whereupon, the State moves that the above charge(s) be nolle prossed.”

According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the order means the “prosecutor or plaintiff will proceed no further in an action or suit.”
