BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) - A Blytheville doctor will be back in his office Monday after accusations against him were dismissed.
According to a Facebook post by Diffine Family Practice, Dr. David Diffine will be seeing patients.
The Facebook page also thanked those who were patient with them the last two months.
In February, Region 8 News reported the Arkansas State Medical Board suspended Dr. Diffine's license after he was accused of over-prescribing painkillers.
The board then dismissed the charges in early April saying it found no proof to those allegations.
It also lifted the suspension on his license allowing him to practice.
