JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Second Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington tells Region 8 News Charles Quintana pleaded guilty to murder and robbery in the death of his wife.

The announcement came Thursday afternoon.

Charles Quintana is the fourth suspect to enter a guilty plea following the murder of his wife Stacy Quintana on Dec. 23, 2015.

Court documents stated the 58-year-old admitted to police that he planned the killing.

Previously, Stacey Keplinger pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and Tracy Stone pleaded guilty to hindering apprehension in the case. Darrell Swan also pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in February.

According to court documents, Keplinger admitted to police that she shot and killed Stacy Quintana after robbing her at the Lorado Grocery Store. Keplinger is also accused of stabbing another man, Aaron Jenkins, with a paring knife.

Charles Quintana faces 50 years in prison, according to Ellington.
