Fire destroys home in Tyronza

TYRONZA, AR -

The Tyronza Fire Department responded to a house fire Saturday evening.

According to Chief David Wood, the fire destroyed the double-wide trailer on Steel Bridge Road.

Wood said the fire also caused damage to a salvage yard nearby the house. The extent of the damage is unknown.

Everyone inside the house got out safely. Wood said there were no other injuries reported. 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

    Authorities spent Thursday looking for a suspect who reportedly robbed a man at gunpoint in Blytheville, with police there asking for help from the public in putting the suspect behind bars.
