As CNBC reports, a new food-allergy detector device can be used at the dinner table to detect gluten.
The creator said the invention stemmed from her being tired of asking restaurant employees questions about what exactly is in certain items.
Other forms of allergy detectors are on the market to detect dairy and nuts as well.
