HARDY, AR (KAIT) -

A Texas man faces a multitude of charges after he reportedly grabbed two underage girls inappropriately, Hardy police said Thursday.

Robert James McCallie of Corpus Christi, Texas was arrested on suspicion of sexual indecency with a child, obstructing governmental operations, criminal mischief, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and theft.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Hardy police investigated McCallie in connection with an April 15 incident at a local hotel. Police allege one of the victims called McCallie, said they were at the hotel and asked if he wanted to visit them.

McCallie then went to the room, police said.

"During the course of the visit, it is alleged that the potential defendant grabbed the buttocks and breast of Victim 1. The potential defendant also commented that she was 'sexy,' that her 'butt and boobs had gotten bigger since the last time he had seen her, along with other sexual comments," the affidavit noted. "The potential defendant also allegedly called Victim 2 'sexy' and touched her 'lower waist area.'

Also arrested was Hayley Holt. Holt was arrested on suspicion of obstructing governmental operations, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and obstructing governmental operations, police said.
