SALEM, AR - A December 13 trial date has been set for the Mammoth Spring teenager accused of killing a 14-year-old boy in May.

Stephen James Smith, 17, has been charged with first degree murder for the slaying of Joshua Mullins of Mammoth Spring. Authorities said a .20-guage shotgun was used to shoot Mullins in the face.
