London Police Make Raids Today in Terrorism Investigation

JULY 12, 2005 - Posted at 11:25 a.m. CDT

LONDON - Police in London today are focusing on four men who say they traveled to London on the morning of last week's bombing attacks, and they're trying to confirm whether all four died in the bombings.

They say the evidence suggests that one bomber died in the bus attack, but that they're still awaiting confirmation from a coroner.

Police say they've found personal documents from all four of the men at the scenes of the bombings.  And they say all four were seen on surveillance video at a subway station before the attacks took place.

As a result of information about the suspects, police made a series of raids today north of London.  They confirm that one suspect has been arrested, and will be brought to London for questioning.
