PARAGOULD, AR - A judge sentenced a 19-year-old Paragould man to five years in prison for terroristic threatening after he admitted shooting at vehicles and a home along U.S. 412 in Greene County.

Matthew Rusak entered his plea on Monday in circuit court.  Judge David Goodson added ten years suspended to the five years in prison.

Officials said Rusak fired at two motorists and struck their vehicles, though no one was injured.  He also allegedly fired at a home.

Police say he used a .30-caliber rifle to fire the shots on the evening of March 8, 2004.
