1/4 C Sugar
2 C Low-fat Milk
1/2 t Vanilla
Beat together egg and sugar in a baking dish.
Add milk and flavorings. Mix thoroughly. You can pour mixture into 4 5oz. individual custard cups or in a medium baking dish. Set baking dish in shallow pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 degrees until a knife comes out clean when it is inserted in the center (50-60 Min.).
Serve warm or chilled.
