LONDON - British Prime Minister Tony Blair is calling on the people of London to "react calmly" and to "continue with our business as much as possible."  This, in the aftermath of explosions on a bus and in the subway system this morning.

Blair told reporters that the people behind the incidents are trying to "scare people" and "make them anxious."

He says police are hoping to get the city's transit system "back to normal again as soon as possible."
