PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) - A third arrest has been made in connection with a January armed robbery at a gas station in Paragould, police said Thursday.
Keith Hunter was arrested in Memphis after an investigation into the robbery at the Murphy's Gas Station on Highway 412 on Jan. 8.
At the time, police said two African-American men and a white man went to the convenience store. Surveillance footage showed the men surrounding the clerk and pointing a gun at her as she emptied the cash register.
According to Paragould Police Detective Jack Hailey, Hunter was transferred from Memphis to Greene County and is expected to appear before a judge Monday for a probable cause hearing.
Hailey said the other two arrests in the case were juveniles and that police were not looking for any additional suspects in the case.
