LOS ANGELES (AP)_ Fox TV says there's no proof "American Idol" judge Paula Abdul had an affair with a contestant or helped him on the talent show, so she'll remain with the program.
Fox says a team of investigators, including a former federal prosecutor, found no proof that former contestant Corey Clark had a sexual relationship with Abdul. The probe took more than three months and included interviews with 43 people.
Still, the network says "an enhanced non-fraternization policy" is being crafted to prevent incidents that could appear to present a conflict of interest.
Abdul says she's looking forward to getting back to the job she loves.
Clark was an unsuccessful contestant on season two.
