JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A Jonesboro woman just became a millionaire thanks to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

According to a press release, Laverne Clines won $1 million at the Doublebee's on Harrisburg Road.

Laverne won playing the $20 Million Dollar Winner game. The top prize for that game is $1,000,000.

Laverne said she was going to take care of her family first and is unsure about what to do with the balance.

According to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, she's the 62nd lottery-created millionaire since the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery launched in 2009.

The employee that sold the winning ticket, Vivian Kemper, said it started just like any normal lottery sale.

Then, an Arkansas lottery spokesperson called to say they sold a winning ticket.

"It is really cool," Kemper said. "Maybe it's somebody who needed it and can help their family."

Doublebee's, store #129 on Harrisburg Road,  will receive a 1% bonus commission on the million dollar prize ($10,000).

Manager Liz Webb said she is happy to be a part of it and that her store sold the winning ticket.
