Crimestoppers: Couple used phony dough for pizza

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro police need help identifying a couple suspected of using fake dough to buy pizza.

Police say the pair was caught on surveillance cameras using a counterfeit $100 bill at Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint on Red Wolf Boulevard back in February.

The male suspect, described as being 5’11” and weighing 175 pounds, is believed to be in his early to mid-20s.

According to police, he is suspected in several other similar counterfeit money cases around Jonesboro.

Anyone who can identify either person should call Crimestoppers at 935-STOP (7867) and leave an anonymous tip.
