Bono man arrested for breaking into Marmaduke pharmacy

MARMADUKE, AR (KAIT) -

A Bono man has been arrested in connection with a pharmacy break-in in Marmaduke.

According to the Marmaduke Police Department, Christopher Shawn Gower, of Bono, was arrested for breaking into the Marmaduke Family Pharmacy on Monday, March 12.

The Marmaduke Police Department was notified of an alarm call at the pharmacy, and when officers arrived they discovered the pharmacy and been broken into.

During the investigation in conjunction with the Trumann Police Department, Gower was arrested and charged with commercial burglary and theft of property. 

Police did not say what led them to Gower during the course of the investigation.  

The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
