PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO (KAIT) - State troopers cited a man with driving while intoxicated following a single-vehicle crash that left him seriously injured.
The crash, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, happened at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday on Route NN at U.S. Highway 412 in Pemiscot County.
Justin P. Willingham, 22, of Steele was northbound when his 2002 GMC Sierra ran off the road and into a steep ditch.
Before Survival Flight flew Willingham to Regional One Health in Memphis with serious injuries, MSHP cited him with DWI.
According to the crash report, Willingham was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
