SEARCY, AR (KAIT) - A Searcy man is in jail after police discovered more than $133,000 worth of drugs.
According to the Central Arkansas Drug Task Force, agents assisted the Searcy Police Department in executing a search warrant at an apartment on the 300-block of Clinic Street on Thursday.
During the search, investigators found a large amount of drugs with a street value of around $133,800.
According to the drug task force, investigators found the following drugs:
- 1,785 grams of marijuana
- 465.6 grams of methamphetamine
- 60 grams of cocaine
- 1,913 Xanax pills
- 935 Ecstasy pills
- 54 grams of mushrooms
- 2 acid "hits"
- 4 loaded guns
- $522 in cash
Kershon Dwane Davis, 24, of Searcy was arrested following the search.
Davis faces a long list of charges including trafficking a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and maintaining a drug premise within 1,000 feet of a school.
A prosecuting attorney will decide the formal charges once investigators submit the case file.
The drug task force said the case is still under investigation and more arrests could be made based on the information investigators gathered at the scene.
