Scattered strong t-storms with gusty winds
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Clouds stuck around early Saturday morning as temperatures fell into the mid to upper 60s overnight. By this afternoon, we'll warm into the upper 70s and low 80s.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are once again possible throughout the day. Rain chances dwindle tonight before a system slides by bringing back rain chances for Sunday morning. Temperatures overnight look to return to the upper 60s.
A weak cold front drives through the Ohio Valley Sunday triggering showers and thunderstorms throughout the day and into the evening hours. Some of these may be strong enough to drop heavy rain, small hail and cause gusty winds.
The front looks to stall across the area Monday before sliding back north as a warm front.
Humidity lingers Tuesday and Wednesday as highs return to the low 90s. A high builds across the eastern seaboard for the end of the week, driving temperatures even further into the 90s.
