JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A 32-year tradition continued Sunday on A-State's campus.

Through a Child's Eyes/STEM Day was celebrated with 294 pieces of art decorating the walls of the ASU Museum.

Kids from Pre-K through eighth grade displayed their artistic abilities.

And Curator of Education Jill Kary said the artwork will stay up throughout the month of April.

"The fact that they got a ribbon, didn't get a ribbon, it doesn't really matter," Kary said. "The fact that they participated and their art is on the wall in an accredited museum for an entire month says something."

Kary said they have a group of judges come to the museum to vote for the first, second and third place for each grade.

Also, the "Best in Show" award is chosen by museum staff.
