TAMPA, FL (KAIT) -

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay posted a video on social media of ‘Bolingo’ the gorilla and his animal care specialist, Rachel Hale, that shows some amazing progression as Bolingo learns to mimic Rachel’s movements and poses.

In the post, the staff emphasized this type of training “enables us to build trusting and positive relationships with the animals.”

This seems obvious as Bolingo gives Rachel a ‘hug’ toward the end of the video that has now been played over 100,000 times.
