Jacksonport, AR - Archeologists tell us that all Native American peoples made clay pinch pots to use as storage containers. Join a park interpreter at the Jacksonport State Park picnic area to make and decorate your own authentic pinch pot to take home. This activity is enjoyable for kids ages 6 to 60 and a great way for kids, parents, and grandparents to spend some time together, making something to enjoy for years to come. Admission is free and this April 22, 2018 event runs from 2:30 pm until 3:15 pm.  Call (870) 523-2143 for more information.
