BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) - A Blytheville woman is in jail accused of stabbing a man.
According to the Blytheville Police Department, officers responded to the Great River Medical Center on April 19 in reference to a man being treated after being stabbed.
Officers, according to the release, met Paul Jenkins, Jr. in the emergency room where he was uncooperative with officers.
Jenkins was eventually airlifted to a Memphis hospital.
Officers then left the emergency room and traveled to a home on Kentucky Street in Blytheville. After obtaining a search warrant, they found Patricia Lawshea in the apartment.
She was arrested on suspicion of second-degree battery. She'll be arraigned in Blytheville District Court on Monday, April 23.
