PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) -

Many people took advantage of the sunshine Saturday to hang out in downtown Paragould.

Main Street Paragould hosted its Art & Stroll event that attracted hundreds of guests.

Tents and displays of art pieces lined four blocks of Main Street.

Artists, live music and activities for children made the event one to attend.

“My favorite part about this was playing with the swords against my mom, and hitting her in the head,” Will Butler said. “It was fun because you were able to talk to everybody and eat all the good food they had here.”

Performers wrapped up at Art and Stroll at 7 p.m.

But, the fun didn’t stop then. There was also live music at several restaurants in downtown Paragould following the event.
