STEELE, MO (KAIT) - A man is being held on a $25,000 cash-only bond after police say he stabbed another man.
Arnold Thomas Hill, 44, of Steele is accused of stabbing another man last Thursday at a home on Gibson Street.
Chief Billy Joe Stanfield said when officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim bleeding profusely from his arm.
He was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he was treated and later released.
Investigators filed charges with the Pemiscot County prosecuting attorney against Hill.
When officers went to arrest him, according to the chief, they found Hill also possessed an unspecified amount of drugs.
Hill is being held at the Pemiscot County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond, charged with first-degree assault and possession of a controlled substance.
