JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The ASU Museum held the 5th annual TinkerFest on Saturday.
The event brought more than 1,000 people to the museum to enjoy many interactive displays.
Kids enjoyed painting, taking things apart, shooting paper rockets and much more.
"We have stomp rockets, we have a tinker town where they're creating a city, we have music, making musical instruments," said Curator of Education Jill Kary.
Kary said the event grows each year.
"We are here to allow people to enjoy themselves inventing, taking things apart putting them back together and discovering what they all can do and how their brains can think," she said.
Kary said some people who attended TinkerFest had never been to the museum, but said they planned to visit again soon.
