6 injured in semi truck crash, 3 of them infants

PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO (KAIT) - A crash involving a semi truck in Missouri injured six people including three children that are at least one year old.

According to a crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Kerry A. Crosby, 32, of Caruthersville, was driving a 2001 Cadillac DeVille south on Highway 412.

Just before 8 p.m., Crosby was about two miles west of Hayti when she pulled into the path of a 2006 Freightliner.

The truck crashed into the passenger side of the car, which ran off the road and overturned.

A helicopter took Crosby and Tosha A. Ford, 26, to Regional One Health in Memphis, TN in serious condition.

Another helicopter took Jamal Guyton, 1, and Kaylee Guyton, 3, to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. The report listed Jamal in serious condition and Kaylee in moderate condition.

An ambulance took Isabella Ford and Ja'Nyia Guyton, both one year old, to Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti, MO.

The report states none of the passengers in the Cadillac had a seatbelt on.
