JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Vandals are literally rocking the worlds of car owners throughout Jonesboro.

In recent days, Jonesboro police have received numerous reports of car windows being broken out.

Brea Wilson's boyfriend was one of the latest victims.

"Honestly, you know it hurts me because he works forty-plus hours every single week," Wilson said. "And he works really hard."

Even worse, Wilson and her boyfriend just got the vehicle less than three weeks ago.

Now the money they were planning to use to fix it up and make it their own is now replacing two windows.

She shared this video Friday of the culprits pulling up to his 2002 Cadillac Escalade parked on Hurst Lane, just across from the Southside Softball Complex, early Thursday morning and then break out the rear glass.

According to a police report, it appeared the suspects used rocks to break the glass. No attempt was made to enter the SUV.

Similar incidents have been reported in the area in the last few days. Region 8 News reviewed reports that JPD has released in since Aug. 1 and found that there have been 12 reports of vandals breaking car windows in the area around South Caraway and Harrisburg Road.
