BLYTHEVILLE, AR - First-time lotter player Tammy Frazer of Blytheville learned today that her beginner's luck brought her an $853,000 return on a $5 purchase.

She was among 49 people who had the five winning numbers in yesterday's Powerball.  The numbers were 7, 21, 43, 44 and 49.

A jackpot winner, the person who drew the five numbers plus the Powerball number of 29, hasn't come forward to claim $340 million.  Officials say the jackpot ticket was sold in Jacksonville, Oregon.

Frazer stopped at Cable's Bar-B-Q and Package Store (just across the state line from Gosnell) on her way home from work in Missouri and decided to play Powerball.  She said she had to ask for help because she had never played before.

Frazer said when she checked the numbers at home Wednesday night she saw she had the five numbers, but she returned to the store today to make sure she was a winner.

Powerball is played in 27 states, plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
