JONESBORO, AR - The campaign of Arkansas Attorney General candidate Dustin McDaniel was temporarily disrupted this morning due to a fire in a downtown Jonesboro neighborhood.

Jonesboro firefighters were called to a house fire on Cherry Street, across from the Jonesboro-Craighead County Public Library, at 6 a.m.  The home had been converted into several apartments, one of which served as an office for the McDaniel campaign.  A campaign spokesman said the apartment served as an office for the Jonesboro Democrat's campaign manager and scheduler.

No one was injured in the fire, which remains under investigation by the JFD.
