LITTLE ROCK, AR - Governor Huckabee says he favors consideration of a ban on smoking in the workplace if he calls a special legislative session.  He says other proposals not related to education also could be made part of the session, if it is called.

Huckabee says he won't rule anything out but does say the agenda should be limited.  The governor says a special session should not turn into a "miniature regular session."

Huckabee is comtemplating whether to call a special session to address an order from the state Supreme Court to develop a plan by December 1 to improve public education.
