Missing 14-Year-Old Jonesboro Girl Is Found Safe In Kentucky

   A 14-year-old Jonesboro girl is safe after she was taken to Winchester, Kentucky by two men. One of them is registered as a sexual predator.

   After communicating with the girl over the Internet and by phone, Charles R. Wise allegedly drove from Winchester, Kentucky to Jonesboro on January 21st in to pick up the girl and take her back to Kentucky to have sex with her. When Wise returned to Winchester with the girl he and his accomplice, Clarence Dunn, took the girl to a motel. When police in Kentucky were alerted, they contacted the FBI. The girl was found Wednesday in the motel room by herself.

   Both men are charged with interstate transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. Dunn was also charged with knowingly aiding and abetting.
