UNDATED (AP) _ Parents and others who want to track the

performance of Arkansas' public schools in educating children with

disabilities will have a guide in a state performance plan that is

being circulated in libraries and on the Internet. Arkansas

education officials are making the plan available in libraries

throughout the state. The guide is the work of a 40-member group

that developed measurable goals for academic performance and also

identified ways to improve education for disabled children. The

plan also is available on the Web site of the Arkansas Education

Departments' special education unit.
