Spanish Macaroni

1/2 lb. Ground Beef or Turkey
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 C Onion, chopped
1 1/2 C Water
1 (8 oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
1 (15 oz.) Can Tomatoes
1 T Chili Powder
1 1/2 C Macaroni (uncooked)

Brown ground beef or turkey in a large frying pan until cooked. Drain fat then add green pepper and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and bring mixture to a boil. Stir macaroni into meat mixture and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until macaroni is tender, 10-15 minutes. Add more water if needed.
