JEFFERSON CITY, MO - The Number Two man at the National Rifle Association urges Missouri to strengthen its laws allowing the use of force in self-defense.

John Sigler was the keynote speaker today at an annual gun rights rally at the Capitol.

He says Missouri is one of several states where gun rights supporters are backing bills specifically saying do not have to retreat when attacked, and can "meet them with force."

Similar "no retreat" laws already are in place in 25 states.
